Despite the financial chaos of 2020, she was able to accurately sort through the information and file our return. We had no issues or audits. As others have noted, email communication can be slow. However, your patience will be well-rewarded, and we had success with phone calls and in-person visits to resolve any urgent questions. We look foward to working with them again in the future.

We used this company to complete our taxes and the turnaround time was very quick. However, we had received an additional item in the mail and my husband and I emailed several times with questions and no one responded which was incredibly frustrating. We will not be using this company again.
