I had a laptop that had been shutting off with a black screen intermittently. Took it to Al, the guy who runs the shop.. He's an older gentleman with 20+ years of experience. I left it with him for a couple of days and he found the problem. It had a bad fan and the CPU was overheating, he said. Anyway he bought me the right fan, replaced it, and its been running ever since! Price was very reasonable.

Al is AWESOME and knows his stuff. I took my pc to another place and they ended it up making it worse over the course of two weeks, but Al fixed my problem within a day. If you have ANY problems with your gaming pc, Al is your guy. I couldn't be happier, and will continue going to him for all my pc related issues!

quick and reliable service. I took my gaming computer to get the hard drive wiped, SSD wiped, and reset my windows. I was able to get my computer back after a reasonable amount of time and price. The owner of the store was very friendly and informative. He let me know step by step what he did with my computer. If I need more service done in the future I would return to here rather than a bigger store like Geek Squad.
