The entire staff were all concerned with 1 thing, that I received what I wanted but also what was needed, accomplished. Very friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. My specific needs were sluggish shoulder and due to my Type 2, needed work on my lower leg and feet. Amanda was absolutely one of the best masseuse of my over 100+ messages. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares. She was able to find the pesky knots and work them out, she really knows what she is doing. Please do yourself a favor, request Amanda.
Jackie was absolutely the best in every way! I would definitely be sure to have her next time.
Checking out was different though. Happy to give her extra on the tip, but the service was $75 under the plan and the tipping was based on regular price which I didn't really think about at the time which left a less than desirable feeling of Massage Envy. I don't feel that that is the right thing to do.
Vanina is awesome, great at what she does and professional. She works very hard to make sure she focused on parts that needed attention like my shoulder and my hips. Its like realignment for my body?
