Have an amazing experience every time I go! A wonderful young girl at the front desk named Maddy was so helpful and respectful & always has the best attitude whenever I come in. I definitely recommend this spa
Heather always does an amazing job with my facials. She explains what she is doing as she is doing it, makes recommendations on products that would be beneficial for your specific skin concerns, and is always pleasant. The front desk staff has been helpful and friendly when I’ve needed to pause my account or call in to schedule an appointment.
I had an excellent experience with the HR director Jen. There was a mixup and she went above and beyond with making everything better. There are some good masseuses here it’s just a matter of trying different ones until you find the right fit for you. Some of them don’t use much pressure so make sure to express your preferences for pressure etc. The only downside has been the employee turnover, but hopefully retention will improve with new management.
