Gloria's cleaning service was very professional and efficient with my house cleaning. I felt they did a great job at focusing on all the areas I needed the most work! My husband and I feel so pleased hiring this company for our future routine cleanings.
I needed last-minute housecleaning service for my parents’ home in Estero during the week that I was visiting them. I had called three other providers before I called Gloria’s company & she picked up the phone right away. How refreshing these days actually to talk to someone instead of the company’s answering service or voice mail. Gloria was thorough, knowledgeable, and fair. She was able to visit in-person and provide an estimate; she also accommodated our tight schedule requirement. Her crew of three were conscientious and did a terrific job. On time. Professional. But it doesn’t feel clean. They consistently use small battery powered Dyson I use at night for kitchen etc. and not my regular heavy duty vacuum even though I keep asking. It’s over 4000sq ft. Takes them only 2 hrs. Tile/wood floors always still has debris. I wish they sweep or swiffer to get debris at least before using the small handheld. Especially under cabinets annd corner anreas. It’s only dry dusting on tables and surfaces. And seems they only use water to mop and clean bathrooms. Never smells clean.
