Everyone in the staff are very good with what they do. Kind, compassionate and professional. Dr. Bower communicated all issues to me about my dog Sammy. Since staying at the center we are hoping our dog continues to improve. I am so grateful I went in when I did.
Dr Tucker, Lydia and the whole staff immediately took in our English bulldog Mac who was having difficulty breathing due to pneumonia. They stabilized him and offered several treatment plans, we opted to bring him home with several prescriptions, specific instructions for steam showers/nebulizer. We had him under constant watch at home and followed their instructions exactly. With-in 24 to 36 hours he was noticeably better; at 2 1/2 days later he sounds almost normal. We are continuing to follow their instructions but wanted to just give the whole team there a huge thank you for caring and getting Mac back on track.
We have used FVRC emergency center and always have had a good experience. This time we were referred to Dr Lang, the Internal Medicine Veterinarian there for a sinus issue for our cat. Dr Lang was very thorough and explained our diagnostic options very well so that we made a very informed decision on how to proceed. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs emergency or specialty care.
