Love this company! They are completely transparent. Told me the cost of the diagnosis. Let me know the diagnosis would be applied towards the total of the repair. Said the tech would call 30 minutes beforehand and they sure did! Bryan came in, explained my dryer vent was clogged and that I didn’t need parts, just the vents were clogged. Got my vents cleaned and everything is perfect. 10/10 would suggest #DiamondApplianceRepair because they didn’t make me buy unnecessary parts.
