Russ was great! Installed a hot water recirculating pump, he was professional and reasonably priced. Plus he discovered that in our new construction home when the builder installed the hot water heater it was done with metals that would corrode and clog the pipe, he fixed that for us. That’s great customer service.
Russ is professional, reasonably priced, honest, respectful, and just a great guy. He put a water heater in for us 2 days before Christmas and was beyond fair with his pricing. We use Russ for all our plumbing needs, including backflow testing.
Had a new garbage disposal installed the day after I called.Price was reasonable,and plumber showed up on time. Appears to be a quality installation. No problems. I highly recommend RSA Plumbing.
