Excellent service friendly staff. I was diagnosed and Tracy who handles insurance guided me to the proper procedure and helped me procure my drug skyrizzi. I am forever grateful. I strongly suggest not going to Venice Dermatology because they not only made me wait a month but said the drug company turned me down. They did this twice with the same result after a month. Two months wasted. After I complained a nasty person at the front desk said you had to wait because we are a big practice. HORRIBLE
