Great service & great staff at the Urgent Care on a very crowded Saturday morning. (1/31/26) Snowbird season is definitely upon us. I was told it could be up to a 2 hour wait - not good news, but I was glad to know it right away. Being able to wait out in your car rather than sitting in a room full of sick people was a huge plus, along with the text I got one hour into my two hour wait saying I could be seen now. Thank you to the staff for getting me on the path to feeling better. 🙌
We used the walk in clinic today for reoccurring respiratory problems. Nathan who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. The young lady that took vitals was very caring and efficient. The PA Alice was amazing and was sincerely caring and informative when explaining everything to us. We are snowbirds and happy to know we have them in case we need medical care while we are here. (PS: My husband says Alice is a rock star!)
Between missing my 1st Christmas flight from FL To OH bc I busted my face open, to helping me ON Christmas DAY! The response time and attentiveness that I have been receiving lately has been unmatched. Its truly appreciated. Excellent care by excellent people who actually care. Highly recommend Josh Beasley & his team. Also everyone helping out on the phones and for the prompt return calls.
