Lata is absolutely amazing. She is the best yoga instructor. Being on the beach, well it doesn’t get better than that. Because of Lata’s expertise and beautiful words of wisdom, I will be coming every week. She’s the best and so are the wonderful people you meet there. Loving Light namaste.

Are you looking for a great way to start the day? Loving Light Yoga offers yoga every day on Englewood Beach @ 8:30am. Lata and Robert make yoga fun and everyone feel welcome. It doesn’t matter if you are experienced in yoga or a newbie like me. Plus you’ll see dolphins, pelicans, plover, turins and seagulls while you practice.

Morning yoga on the beach-there is no better way to start your day. Lata is a great instructor for all abilities, for folks like me who can barely touch my toes through people who’ve been doing yoga for years. This is a gift for the Englewood community-strongly recommend!
