CRC Improvements fixed the ceiling in our lanai, where the tape and some of the drywall had come lose. Charles understands his trade and fixed our problem. He also did a very nice job blending the texture of the repair to the existing ceiling.
We had such a great experience with Charles Cook! First off, he called us back! He communicated clearly throughout and did a great job. He was friendly and very professional. He fixed our water damaged wall and painted our master bedroom. His work was of the highest quality. He did it all in 2 days and was so clean and neat. We could not be happier. I needed someone to repair to my ceiling after another's repair job failed and that guy wanted to charge me to fix his lousy job. Charles came to the rescue, pulled off the falling plaster, replastered, painted and did a fine job. I'd use him again.
