Great experience with Ban-A-Bug! They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and took care of the issue quickly. You can tell they know what they're doing. I’ve had no problems since the visit, and I really appreciate the peace of mind. Definitely a company I’d call again if needed.
A 5-Star review is warranted all the way! The staff is refreshingly responsive & friendly and prioritized our treatment due to the severity and our out-of-town status. They made us feel important and respected us as customers ... Ban A Bug needs to clone their staff so more businesses can follow their lead!
I have to lower my review this year. My rates have raised tremendously over 3 years. Still buying chemicals or parts from China??? This business was great but something is going on, upper level, that will close doors as long as they keep being greedy... Bug companies are a dime a dozen but not all are trying to suck every penny they can from you! 30% increase and lower overhead cost which is obvious=bye bye customers. Such a shame, I've been with them for a few years. I won't renew out of principle unless they deal with this issue. They need to figure out how to let the customer know that they are important and not try to put poor business decisions off as the customers...read full review
