Today was my first CrossFit class. The coaches were encouraging, knowledgeable and energetic, and ready to help with anything. I felt really welcomed and cannot wait till my second class.:)
Very professional and well lead amazing instructors the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The negative for me is not getting my body to be able to do everything perfect.
I have been a CrossFit member since Feb.The coaches as well as your fellow members are so encouraging. You work on your goals and they modify exercises to your ability while at the same time challenging you to be the best version of yourself!
