First, I’m sorry I did not get the name of two men working here last night on my generator. They got here after 5 pm on a Friday night and worked for almost two hours on our generac. They deserve a steak dinner, not a lunch! I would think you could pull the repair order for our address at 156 Sand Pine Place and find out who was here, and you should, because these guys deserve to be recognized! They were the best ! Efficient, professional, dedicated! You can’t get better guys than that! On the other hand, your new answering service people need more training. We had two different teams out here and they were very responsive and professional. We had to install installation units installed. It was done on one daytime frame. Cleaned up after themselves nothing was left behind and they were very professional and courteous throughout the installation process with both teams. I would highly recommend this company for any of your air condition. Heating needs.
