“In response to Erica S. You brought in a poodle mix that had a horrible haircut before we even touched it. We also informed you at the beginning that the dog did not have enough hair to do an Asian Fusion face. We are highly trained groomers and are very familiar with the cut you requested but you had already cut the face hair at home which left us with nothing to work with. You where happy with the hair cut when you left and we again advised you that the dog needed to grow more face hair before the complete Asian fusion look can be achieved.”
