The licensed home inspector Mike Vanek returned my message within minutes. He managed to fit an inspection of my home in that afternoon. I was most impressed by his efficiency and thoroughness. Watching his drone take aerial photos of my home's roof, site and walls was most impressive.He emailed me the report that very afternoon before the end of his long and busy work day. Mike went above and beyond to perform our home inspection on a weekend and on short notice. Being from out of state we had to act fast in the current market and he did a thorough inspection for us, as well as the 4 point and wind mitigation assessment for insurance purposes. He spent plenty of time with us, explaining things as he went along, and took photos of everything, including drone photos from above. The reports were detailed and explained each item with the photos for reference and emailed them to us the same evening. We highly recommend his professional and quality service and give 5 stars!
