Coast to Coast in Ocala did a fantastic job when my heat went out. Very busy time for them, but they were here within 24 hours which I was perfectly fine with. They were professional, polite, & knowledgeable. These are my go-to HVAC guys from now on. Donna in the office was supper helpful, and Carlos did quick work to fix the issue at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs you have.
Knowledgeable, great office communication, excellent technician - our tech, Robert, was very thorough and highly experienced. He was able to immediately diagnose a setting issue that was causing a mildew issue. The office was very proactive in keeping us updated on Robert's estimated arrival time. The Coast to Coast Maintenance plan is a definite must!
For the past five days, my AC had temperatures climbing up to 80 in the afternoon/night. The first AC repair company came to my residence and tried to sell a leak seal product for $367 without even finding a leak. The problem was never resolved or discovered. Yet, the bill was high for the service provided. I then called Coast to Coast AC Repair. They sent Technician Carlos to my home and he explained the problem was a blockage in the coil water line even though water was flowing out, the back up of water inside the coil caused the ac to malfunction.
