Our kudos to JD Donahue and his team at Cave Creek Development/Nature Coast Restoration. They built for us a guest house in our backyard and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their bid was much better than other bids we obtained and the high quality of work, attention to detail, the correction of problems before we even had to bring them up, their interaction with us throughout the project, and their relationship with and coordination with all the subs was first rate. Project was brought in at cost - no surprises on cost overruns! I heartily recommend JD and his company for your general contractor construction and/or restoration needs.
