Warrior ONE yoga + row is a highly recommended studio with knowledgeable, welcoming, and supportive instructors. The atmosphere is great, offering a variety of classes at different times, making it easy to sign up. Classes cater to all, from yin yoga and hot power to happy hips and slow deep stretch, as well as spin and row. A range of free community classes are also available, suitable for everyone. The staff is amazing and highly positive.
Top tier poolside yoga experience with Lorelle at the Wyndam Grand Resort! My mom tagged along and it was her first experience. Lorelle embraced everyone pouring confidence in our varying levels of ability. She was polite, knowledgeable and possessed such an uplifting outlook toward the practice. I'll absolutely return in the future.
Nine months ago, I walked into Warrior One as a complete beginner with zero confidence and no idea what to expect. Today, I can honestly say it’s one of the most uplifting and supportive communities I’ve ever been part of. The positive energy in this studio is real—you feel it the moment you step through the door.

I wanted to say that this place is absolutely amazing, one of my favorite places in the whole world. The energy of the teachers and the place itself is absolutely healing and magical. I first encountered this studio in a very dark time of my life. I committed to going to regular yoga classes, particularly the yin and hot yoga classes. It was such a healing and life changing experience! Not only did I recover from the pain that took over me, but I blossomed. Soon after my recovery journey, I met the love of my life and gave birth to the other love of my life! Truly wonderous.
