Shades, Inc.

If you live in Florida you will eventually have to service or replace your HVAC unit.
For Forty years I have owned and managed apartment units and have delt with many AC contractors.
You just hope you can find one that knows what they are doing and will charge you a fair price for the repair.
Arthur and his son Wade are exactly what you want they are experienced and only repair what's needed.
They built the business the right way great service fair prices.
When you eventually need a new unit you can feel confident to get the best available for the the best price.
I have been dealing with them for 10 years and trust them.
You can trust them too.

Mitch is very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quick. He was respectful of my home and my A/C is running great. The cost for the work done was very reasonable. Shades is a great company.

Art has serviced both our commercial and residential air conditioning units for years. He is honest, responds quickly in emergencies and offers good prices. He was also the only person who suggested we could obtain warranty parts at no cost to us when we had a major issue with one of our units. Most recently Art and his crew, Mitch and Keith, wall mounted our AC units. They are safely mounted, and look beautiful. The price was reasonable and we are extremely happy. Look no further if you need air conditioning work.
