Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I called up Dr masters office to make an appointment for my 2 new puppies. They asked if I was already established and I was. I explained that my dog junior was sent over the rainbow bridge at home due to cancer that Dr masters diagnosed. Today I received a basket of flowers. Not a stamped card. An actual basket of flowers from a florist. Such a nice thing to do. They obviously go above and beyond. Thank you for the kind gesture!
