Had an inspection done by them for a house I was thinking of buying. I thought they did an excellent job and pointed out many issues with the house that I would not have been aware of. They probably saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I would have had to make.
My townhome was recently inspected by James and Brian. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful my husband and I are that we hired them for the inspection. They uncovered several areas in our home that were prone to water damage, one very serious. They thwarted a potential safety issue not to mention an expensive one as well.They were professional, informative and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
Tom had great communication. He was also very knowledgeable and identified structural problems with a house that was previously unknown. Ultimately this saved me from proceeding with the purchase, which would have been a financial disaster. Very grateful for his assistance.
