My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Steve at BBC. Steve provided a thorough and complete inspection of a home in Largo, FL. As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous and full of questions and concerns. Steve listened to our worries, explained his process and what to expect and included us in the process when appropriate. Steve provided a crash course on owning a home, teaching us so much about maintenance and improvement! He provided us an extensive, well-done report used in obtaining a mortgage. We highly recommend BBC for your home inspection purposes, ask for Steve!

Professional, knowledgable, friendly, punctual, and thorough. Their reports are second to none. Not only do they tell you what is wrong and needs to be addressed immediately, they also tell you want you need to do to maintain your property. Could not give a higher recommendation.

We provide quality home and building inspections in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas and also insurance inspections which include money saving wind mitigation reports and 4 point reports available. CoVID-19 Virus Policy: During the current COVID-19 virus concerns, BBC is following CDC guidelines as much as possible. To minimize potential exposure, the CDC recommends vacating the home during the inspection and conduct all discussions outside. Rest assured that our inspectors respect the houses they are in very seriously and will do everything they can to avoid contact with surfaces. To limit the spread of contagions, they will focused on efficiency and cleanliness.
