Hardeman remade our back yard with a custom built-in semicircular mixed-materials bench (**takes breath**), fire bowl, travertine and artificial turf, and tropical landscaping. Project included gas plumbing, electrical, and irrigation work. They handled the design and build, beginning to end.

Looks beautiful. We've been spending tons of time in the new space and are loving it. Guests have been impressed too.

Good things about working with Hardeman:
- They are truly full service, and they're easy to work with. We didn't have to coordinate with subs or manage any part of the project.
- They're responsive to requests for changes or additions as the project goes on. They want you to be happy with the final product.
- They don't nickle and dime you when you ask for small modifications or rework. We made these kinds of requests several times as the project progressed and they always accommodated us.
- They do good work, and they clearly care about quality. Multiple times we made a suggestion, and they came back saying that it wouldn't look the best and they'd prefer to do something better but at no additional cost to us. They held themselves to a higher standard than we would have on our own.

“I hired Dave and his crew at Champion Residential Services to remove several plants, regrade and resod my yard, and repair a sprinkler system that had been broken for quite a while. Dave handled the irrigation repair himself, fixing broken pipes and rewiring the sprinkler valves without any trouble. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. After the work was finished, he also took the time to walk me through the watering schedule and explain how to properly care for the new sod.

The grading was done right, and the new sod completely changed the look of the yard. What used to be an embarrassment is now the envy of the neighborhood.

Several houses in the neighborhood were getting their yards resodded around the same time using some of the bigger landscaping companies. After seeing the results side by side, I can honestly say mine looks the best. Dave and his crew clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
