I love Petco, but sadly the location which was so close to us closed. All of the store have a friendly, attentive staff, and this is the only pet retailer left where I can still find AFFORDABLE quality cat food. I will continue to shop at Petco even if I have to drive further as long as the product quality, service, and prices remain good.
I had a wonderful experience at Petco! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I recently adopted a dog with a pancreatic condition, so finding the right food and supplies is very important to me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the process much less stressful.

Excellent customer service from Rosse and Lary! They went above and beyond to help me. They saved a bag of my dog’s food that is being discontinued, and no other store had it available. They also explained which food I could give my dogs as an alternative since the one I usually buy will no longer be available.
I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication. It has been a long time since I felt this good about shopping at Petco. Thank you, Rosse and Lary, for your amazing service! Petco needs more employees like you.
