I visited the store a few days ago to purchase some blue buffalo biscuits and the store price was more than the online price. It was twice the price amd they had a sign for buy 1 get 2nd half off. Regardless the price still didn't make sense. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture.

I have shopping at the Petco on 107th St. in Doral [ same plaza as the Office Depot ], for many years now, and always found Mr. Rose, one of the employees at this location, to be extremely warm, helpful [ beyond normal means ], always smiling, and will go out of her comfort/whatever else she is doing, to take care of us, which is something you do not find much in South Florida these days. She has always provided a superb Customer Experience to me, and it is one of the reasons I continue to shop at this site, eventhough there are two competitors nearby. This is an issue with most pet stores, not just Petco, but why is the mistreatment of Beta fish so normalized? These poor fish are kept in a plastic container with barely any water to swim around. This specific one was having a hard time even swimming to the surface, he kept sinking. Obviously something was wrong with him. i really wish people would treat animals (yes even fish) the way they would want to be treated. Other than that, this Petco is very nice and clean, I buy my dog’s food here. But hopefully they change in how they keep these fish, a simple google search will tell you this is NOT ok. If you cant keep them in proper tanks, then maybe you shouldnt sell...read full review
