Times are getting more difficult you have to have a digital copy of your receipt. If not, you will create a headache for yourself.

Saw a lot of bad reviews about customer service but when I went they were very nice! The drills were very high quality and they got the job done. I got some extra acsessories for free in addition to the tools. Loved it.
