“I'll be completely honest... I almost ran out when I first walked in to Vizage. Maybe it's cuz I've only done my Botox in the Gables & a med spa located in warehouse area behind Dolphin Mall was NOT what I was expecting... Maybe it's because everyone in the waiting room had way too much cosmetic surgery or maybe it was the overwhelming scent of fruity Bath & Body Works spray in the air which caused my nose to run & had me feeling very allergified (my word, & i'm sticking to it). I dunno but SO glad I stayed. My aesthetician, Ricardo, had been recommended by a friend. He was SO sweet & listened to exactly what I wanted & took the time to explain what he was doing & let me know that I could always come back for touch ups. Here's the best part: while my usual spot, Laser Away on Miracle Mile is fine, they require you to purchase a minimum of $800 worth of units which you then use up as you go. Turns out to be a good deal in the end, but I use very little units at a time & only go once or twice a year & I don't always have $$$ handy for a quick touch up. Vizage either offers a $399 package with unlimited free touchups OR what I did, just pay by unit. Definitely worked out for me & I am VERY happy with my result (& with the saved $ during the holidays!). Will absolutely be back to see Ricardo in 6-12 months & will try to stop judging books by their fruity smelling covers.“

However, they tried to make it right and so far they have done a great job. Dr Nicolazzo is knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and approachable. She explained a treatment plan for my skin issues and a time frame to see results. She always tracks my progress and shows me the results. I love to see the before and after pictures because it gives me a realistic view on my progress. I feel comfortable with her approach and have seen great results. She is doing a great job with my keloids and cesarian scar. They never looked better. She is slowly treating the areas without overdoing it. The staff at her Doral office is friendly and helpful.
