It is a pleasure working with this company! Melissa and her staff/Techs are phenomenal, detailed, knowledgeable, well rounded, and know what they are doing. I have had an 8 camera system in my home for over 12 years.... everything was perfect until the QRC CODE BECAME OBSOLETE!
ONCE THE CODE BECAME OBSOLETE I COULD NO LONGER SEE IT ON THE CAMERAS ON MY PHONE.

Melissa went to work and researched with various companies to see if we could just get a compatible NVR SYSTEM. She tried, she troubleshooted with different compatible companies but MY SYSTEM WAS TO OLD. IT STILL WORKS, IT RECORDS, AND LOOK GREAT BUT I CANT SEE IT ON MY PHONE!
