I have been to many different H&Ss In NY,ATL and just the other day in Miami and Miami was the best experience I had thus far The Customer Service was amazing but that massage therapist named LADY need to really become a traveling therapist for the H&S brand She ie the epitome of what H&S is about Please give this woman a raise and send all over the US to work She deserves it ALL
This place deserves 10 stars! I was introduced to Hand & Stone by a friend of mine - she got me a gift card and I was hooked. They do such a nice job and are super attentive to your preferences. I've had Jesus multiple times and he has been so helpful for my "tech neck," which has gotten worse as I've gotten older since I work on the computer. The vibe is really great - it's very peaceful and they do a great job of making sure the music isn't too loud or repetitive (I went to a Massage Envy once that had a god awful soundtrack on a loop, which really took away from the experience, so it's something I tend to notice now). I went there for a classic facial, the facial was great and relaxing and I really liked it, but the front desk was REALLY insistent in telling me products and the monthly subscription, after saying no like 3 times she still insisted which is making me not wanting to come back anymore :/
