I would give Flossome Orthodontics 10 stars if it were possible! Dr. Cardenas, her staff, and the administrators are truly exceptional. My experience with Invisalign was seamless from start to finish, and I am beyond happy with the results. Not only is Dr. Cardenas at the top of her game, but she is also very friendly and easy to talk to and answer questions about my uniquely tailored treatment. The staff, including Kathy, are accommodating and understanding when it comes to working with a busy schedule like mine. The Kendall and Doral offices are conveniently located to suit my needs. I drive from Miami to Kendall and Doral for two blank trips sent a ton of reminders to confirm my daughters appointment she probably only seen the doctor once or twice, not to mention her rentainer was big she misplaced them her front told me to get new ones will cost me $400 just horrible wasn't please with that at all! seem like she's all about money and if your not hispanic she doesn't treat you great what I have witnessed that's the service I felt I'm not happy spending my money, very disappointing.
My experience was wonderful I had braces for two years finally got them como off yesterday, my teeth came out perfect, the dental assistants are super gentle and understanding they do an amazing job, Dr. Cardenas is the sweetest and super professional my first appointment she saw the problem I had with my teeth right away and we got straight to it. Super grateful I got to have this treatment. The staff is also wonderful! My teeth came out perfect i 100% recommend
