Wow, after reading all the one star reviews I’m not even surprised about how bad is their customer care. This is embarrassing, maybe someone from FK should READ these reviews and get their S… together…? I just needed a new grip for my Flux, period. Easy beans. They made me fill a useless form with all kind of specifics about the purchase and the machine, attach proofs of purchase…just to redirect me to their website (which I reviewed BEFORE even contacting them)..where said grip is SOLD OUT.

Poor quality, I've had 3 batteries break after a 3ft drop at most. Be different if it was multiple drops but 3 different batteries broke after the 1st drop. Not a 2-300 dollar product don't waste your money. Machine is good but doesn't matter if you cant power it, get the Chinese knockoff that is 1/10 the price. Fk is just hypebeast for tattoo artist. Lesson learned.

I bought a tattoo machine from you and it broke soon after I bought it. I sent it to you but it was not repaired, at first I was told that it was still with you but you did not repair the machine, then when I called you said that you lost it. When I asked to send a new one of the same type, it was out of stock and you promised that there would be a credit in my account equal to the cost of the machine so that I could order something else. but the credit never appeared. This is terrible customer service. I thought I would order my other machines here, but I changed my mind and now I have experience with excellent service with other manufacturers.
