I've been going to the salon for 4 years now for lip and eyebrow waxing. For the most part everything has been fine. However, the last time I went the girl took about half of my eyebrow off.... So obviously I wasn't very happy about that. I gave my eyebrows significant time to regrow and I went back in last night to have my lip and eyebrows waxed. The wax felt a lot hotter than normal and actually left burn marks below my eyebrow and around my mouth. When she waxed my lip I actually started to bleed. I had blood around my mouth and in the corner of my lip. I have never had this before. My biggest complaint about this place, besides how horrible the last two visits were, is the fact that they do not have ample lighting in the room where they wax. Therefore, I don't think that they can clearly see what they're doing and as a customer, it's very hard for me to see the quality of the waxing. Needless to say, my eyebrows look terrible, it looks like she didn't wax anything off at all except for my skin. So basically I paid $18 to have botched wax job that I can't correct right now because I have first degree burns around my mouth and my eyebrows. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this place. I have been with my nail tech since June and have never been more happy. Encore Nails is very accommodating, children friendly, family oriented, professional and very detailed in all of their work.
