Honestly, I had a hiccup on my first appointment with Dr Nicolazzo. There was a cancelation from her office after waiting for months for my first appointment. However, they tried to make it right and so far they have done a great job. Dr Nicolazzo is knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and approachable. She explained a treatment plan for my skin issues and a time frame to see results. She always tracks my progress and shows me the results. I love to see the before and after pictures because it gives me a realistic view on my progress. I feel comfortable with her approach and have seen great results.
