My purpose of this review is, hopefully, to help improving RJ client services. During over one and half year investing 50% of my 401k, I had a mix experience:• Advisory for your investment is up to you. If you have a good knowledge of market and its products, you are better off. If you don't, you would not get much help here.• Client services are seen only on advertisements, issuing magazine, and announcing school opening.
