I have been a patron of Palm Beach Tan for 6 plus years. Although I have rarely received anything less than high quality customer service, my visit today (9.29.24) at the Destin, FL location was absolutely stellar! I was looking to try a new lotion and before taking the leap I wanted to try one of the small packets. The 2 young ladies that helped me (Ella & Leyla (sp?) were absolutely phenomenal! They were both knowledgeable, kind, & thorough! When I mentioned that I hadn’t seen them there (I frequent both FWB & Destin) they indicated being new to the company. Haley was so sweet and helpful! I went in for my first spray tan and she explained everything to me and color matched me. I was so thankful she walked me to the booth and showed me all of the positions, showed me where to apply the barrier cream and the best ways the get the best results. I will definitely be back because of how helpful and friendly she was!

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this place, I walked in for my 1st ever spray tan (which I made a mistake ) stayed in during the cleaning cycle and got rinsed off (streaks everywhere) went back after about 5 hours (as recommended) and spoke with the manager. They were nice enough to give me another spray and spent time going over the instructions. Finally a very successful tanning session. They even gave me half off add-ons. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again!!
