Josh is amazing! I have had several injuries and he is working with me to gain stability, balance, and strength. He consistently asks how I’m feeling and ensures I’m not overdoing it. I can’t recommend him enough!

Josh is the trainer at the gym where I workout. I talked with him about setting up a workout program to accomplish my goals. I have been happy with the results, and will continue my training with him. Josh is a great trainer. I highly recommend him.

Josh is a great trainer and works with you at any level of fitness. Takes time to understand your goals and limitations and puts together workouts that build strength and flexibility incrementally to avoid injury. Knows how to combine movements for maximum effect and workout efficiency.
