“After a horrible experience at another salon a year and a half ago where my hair was severely damaged, fried off, and gradually fell out and broke off in thousands of different lengths — including spots where it fell out at the root — I honestly never thought I would feel like myself again. My hair had been long my entire life, so losing it was genuinely traumatic. My confidence completely changed, my lifestyle changed, and I became terrified to trust anyone with my hair again. When I reached out to Megan Wages, I explained everything to her and warned her about the challenge ahead if she decided to take me on as a new client.
