I play a lot of tennis and use Cryo850 to recover quickly and get back out there on the tennis court. I do the full body deep freeze in the "igloo" and maybe hit a trouble spot or two with the localized freeze machine afterwards for a more targeted approach. The place is spotless and inviting. The staff at Cryo850 are professional, knowledgeable, attentive and definitely help keep me in the swing of things!

I loved my experience at Cryo850. I was in Destin for a couple of days and have always wanted to try it. I ended up buying the day pass and doing the whole rotation. Amy went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable and I only wish this place was closer to where I live in Tallahassee. So many health benefits. I would definitely be a member if I lived closer.

So my reviews a little different than most people I’m actually in the Cryo business I do localized cryotherapy. I have a very small operation and don’t have a whole body chamber or the fitness cocoon, and some other things I can come out here to Destin walk in reap all the health benefits Whole body cryotherapy has offer I’m always welcomed into this business.. I highly recommend them for anyone living or visiting in the Destin area the staff is amazing by far best place to stand in a freezer in northwest Florida?
