This is the absolute BEST customer service I have ever encountered with glasses! Jordan went above & beyond to help me at the very last minute. I needed glasses at the last minute and received 2 pair in less than an hour. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Unbelievable answered prayer here! My daughter lost her glasses in the gulf. Jordan and Petros went over and beyond to help us get new glasses in less than an hour, and her prescription is very powerful. Also, they were running a BOGO deal, so she got two pair for what we usually pay for one!
Have gone twice now, Lulu, whom works in the contacts area, is amazing. She's friendly, helpful, and makes it overall a great experience. On top of that, the other staff that have been there are friendly as well!
