Dr payne has helped me so so much!. After being pushed backwards Down stairs, many horse and sports accidents, carrying 3 children.. I use to wake up in tears and I hardly ever have pain now my hips were crooked, my neck was straight instead of shaped like a banana and my spine was crooked pretty bad..
