We hired About Face to install wood blinds for all 15 windows in our new home. The blinds have worked flawlessly for 12 years of daily use (several are run up and down every day). We're glad they sell quality products!

I was able to come back from a trip with my new shutters and drapes installed perfectly. I was a little bit worried because I wanted to be there incase things went wrong but I was assured that the installers knew what they were doing and would not have trouble installing. The designers Sharon & LeeAnn were absolutely incredible and very understanding about what I wanted. Great customer service.
