Agueda is my favorite at the Tropical salon now located at 840 Deltona Blvd. in Deltona. She is a Dominican cosmetologist. He is simply exceptional in his art.Their professional and meticulous approach ensures that each visit is a unique experience. She spares no time to make sure you look and feel like a true queen when you step out. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every arrangement, and satisfaction is inevitable. I love this place. They seem to be the only ones who can actually cut my hair the way I want it. I actually drive an hour to get there. Even worked me in last time with no appointment. Love them.
