Jose and his team were welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The atmosphere was full of laughter, good energy, and the kind of friendliness that makes you feel comfortable the moment you sit down.
I was lucky enough to get a haircut from a trainee, and she did an amazing job. You could tell she cared about getting it right and was working hard to improve her craft. Jose was supportive throughout the process and created an environment where people can learn while still giving customers a great experience.
The haircut came out great, the conversation was even better, and I left feeling better than when I walked in.
