GPS took me to wrong location. I called to explain my late arrival and they fit me in a little later. The technician was very professional and pleasant. All in all, I could not have been more pleased.

The facility is fine but the staff is outstanding. The front desk gal was terrific and the mri tech was exceptional. They got me checked in promptly and got right in for the mri's. The phone staff for scheduling is an absolute train wreck. They are the ONLY reason I'm considering going elsewhere.

I went for an MRI with contrast. Front desk and technicians were friendly and professional. Technician was very patience since I was a little anxious since I do not like enclosures. She made everything possible to make me feel comfortable and warm since it was very cold inside the testing room. I am not giving 5 stars to Akumin because the radiologist (doctor) has taken too long to read and submit the results to my specialist. It has been a week now since I had the MRI done and I am still waiting for my results.
