The facility is fine but the staff is outstanding. The front desk gal was terrific and the mri tech was exceptional. They got me checked in promptly and got right in for the mri's. The phone staff for scheduling is an absolute train wreck. They are the ONLY reason I'm considering going elsewhere.

I went for an MRI with contrast. Front desk and technicians were friendly and professional. Technician was very patience since I was a little anxious since I do not like enclosures. She made everything possible to make me feel comfortable and warm since it was very cold inside the testing room. I am not giving 5 stars to Akumin because the radiologist (doctor) has taken too long to read and submit the results to my specialist. It has been a week now since I had the MRI done and I am still waiting for my results.

Very friendly, professional personnel, who make sure every patients expectations are fully satisfied. They make a person feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their whole experience. Fine team to serve the patients needs and to fulfill every doctors required procedure.
