I had a wonderful experience with the Steve, who came to set up my home monitoring system and thermostat. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through how the system works, making sure I understood how to use all of its features.
He didn’t just install the equipment and leave — he made me feel comfortable and confident using the system.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate the professionalism, and I would highly recommend Steve’s service to anyone setting up UXARI home monitoring system
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Upgrading home equipment can sometimes be a hassle, but Emmanuel made the entire process seamless and worry-free. Seeing a technician who is polite, fully prepared, and respectful of my home—down to putting on shoe covers and vacuuming the wall unit—shows a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish
Glen was very professional and informative. He obviously has a tremendous interest and respect for his customers did a great job during the installation. I hope that the ongoing services in the future live up to the standards set by Glen
