I have had an excellent experience with UCI. My note, Marianne is absolutely the best nurse I have ever had. She is always on time. Calls to met me know she is on her way so I can shower before my wound change. She is professional, kind and compassionate. Coming from a horrible service, I cannot say enough good things about UCI. So glad Florida Blue found them for me. They are wonderful.
I absolutely love UCI Home Health! Marianne was the best RN I have had! She was a lifesaver! After surgery I had another home health company come out and the nurse was terrible. After switching to UCI Home Health I had an exceptional Nurse who was very helpful and caring. She helped me obtain the correct supplies I needed by working with a home health supply company and orchestrated the delivery of the supplies and getting it approved through the insurance company. I was with UCI for several months and highly recommend them!
I am writing to offer my feedback on our experience with Nicole as my mom’s physical therapist. First, Nicole always demonstrated a caring, positive, encouraging attitude. She was a joy to work with and pushed my mother to do what she knew she was capable of. When Nicole first met my mother in April, she was mainly confined to her bed suffering from severe upper right leg pain. She worked with my mother at each session to build equal strength in her legs so she could regain some independence (make meals, walk comfortably to and from the bathroom, get in and out of both her bed and the couch, and most importantly climb the stairs at our home).
