I loved my two procedures with Kayla ? the whole experience was wonderful. Kayla is great at what she does. She was very patient with me rescheduling twice because I was going out of country once and 2nd time I got sick before appointment. She was very understanding and never gave me any attitude. I just read one of reviews below; I can assure you that Kayla cannot be rude by her nature. She is very sweet, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and absolutely gorgeous. I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute facial. I was my Mother's Caregiver for two years and haven't gone anywhere even for my health. Sadly she died a couple months ago which broke my heart into 1 million pieces. Now I get to look forward to my nephew's wedding in another state because I'm all alone where I live when I came to live with my Mom away from all my other family. From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff at Timeless Skin & Beauty could not have been more professional and helpful! Kayla, the esthetician was prompt and friendly. She put me at ease immediately and was very excited and knowledgeable about her products. My facial was wonderful! She applied many potions and lotions and even used some 24k gold infused products. Her touch and manner was very gentle. I came away with the cleanest skin I’ve ever had in my life! Excellent experience!!
