Krista is more than patient and encouraging for an elderly, overweight, out of shape with a looming bad back woman. I am totally grateful for her knowledge, and skill which have started my back on its road to recovery.

Krista is one of a kind. As a sports medicine professional I've really enjoyed getting to know Krista and what she provides for her clients. She is passionate about what she does and it spreads to everyone she comes in contact with. I trust her skills so much that I referred my own father to her and she woke up an excitement for movement and exercise (that I personally hadn't been able to ignite). He left the first session with tears in his eyes realizing he could improve his body and decrease his ailments. Thank you Krista! I highly recommend her.

I have been taking private lessons and group classes with Krista for about 7 months. Her studio is extremely comfortable, welcoming, and is filled with top of the line Pilates equipment. (I took Pilates at other studios in the past and wasn't nearly as happy with the location, setting, and instructors in general). Krista is amazing and has a way of making each client feel like they are the ONLY, most important client that she has. I have seen her work with elderly clients, fitness based clients, clients with previous injuries, and people of all ages.
